Joia Jitahidi, an inspirational and business savvy executive coach, author and speaker who support leaders in the workplace who “get it.” There’s always a higher purpose behind an activity and Joia makes sure her clients know their “why” making it easier to accomplish their goals.

She supports the whole individual and team in undergoing the necessary and deeply transformative work that is foundational for any real, lasting success. Her work helps shift business cultures from toxic to thriving, from fear to fulfillment and from apathy to abundance. Joia’s work with clients and audiences leaves them feeling more certain of how to be successful at work through the use of tested tools, systems and programs.

Often compared to “The Oracle” (The Matrix), Joia’s clients also seek her advice and counsel for how to handle “Communication Issues”, how to inspire and lead co-workers, negotiate a raise, navigate stressful office politics, or handle conflicts with business partners.

She has worked with executives and managers from private, public, not-for-profit, and multi-billion dollar companies.  She has been in private practice since 1980. Joia has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, AMD, AT&T and Lockheed and with over 50 state agencies including The Texas Department of Human Resources, The Environmental and Conservation State Department and the General Land Office. Additionally, Joia is the author of Making Austin Work: A Book of INSIDE Information about the world of work in Austin, Texas. Joia later wrote for the World of Work: Intuitive Management: Creating an Inspired Workforce, 2004 and is currently updating this work.
